Every M&T Cleaning Solutions team member assigned to your facility will receive several hours of training (Online and hands-on) before they enter your facility. We begin with detailed instructions on general areas to be clean and conclude with a team review of your work specification in order to maintain consistency of each cleaning.

Slovania Turer

Co-Founder/CEO

Slovania Ochoa has many years as an active leader and is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company by establishing short and long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies. She is also in charge of the day-to-day financial operations, including, but not limited to payroll, billing, buying, contract preparation and finalization, and the creation and implementation of company policies and Marketing Campaigns. Slovania also leads to HR, Training, and is responsible for maintaining a uniform approach to hiring practices and labor regulatory compliance.

 

BRYAN Turer

Co-Founder/Senior Vice-President

Bryan Turer, Senior Vice President, has many years of experience in the commercial janitorial and floor care service business. He has done all aspects of the building service field from a janitor to floor tech. Mr. Turer is an active, hands-on director of operations involved with hands-on training of supervisors, workers, cleaning methods, and quality assurance programs, and is responsible for customer satisfaction from the initial conception to the successful operation.
